Storage permissions

v1.1.5 added storage permissions (read/write external storage). May I ask what for, so I can add that to the app's "green list"?

PS: I see I've asked this already a year ago, but the answer is still outstanding:

leaving the storage ones out, making myself a note to ignore it for a while but maybe ask for it again should it still be present in a month or two when an update comes in.

With reference to that, I've now added:

    android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: to import blocked numbers on Android < 10
    android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: to export blocked numbers on Android < 10

Hope that fits? Once the switch to SAF is done and these permissions are gone, our updater will inform us to remove them again.

Adding it to my TODO list now, I will remove these before the next update. We'll keep this open until then.
