[Bug] Custom District Name patch removes the 'District' column header in the Individual Standing table

I assume this is just intended behaviour for how the Custom District Name patch is, but this does look a bit odd / cause the two line issue as a result for any board that utilises the patch.

This is one of those things that I've chosen to ignore since I raaarely look at that menu heh.

A bit lax of me, but there really isn't any solution to this issue unless we could somehow stretch the box out. And I'd rather take custom district names and have this issue than not, but that's just me.

I wonder why the 'District' heading disappears, odd behavior lol
