[Bug]: Scroll settings reset after restart

Bug Summary

Floorp has by default different setting for scrolling than Firefox. They are too fast for most users.

I tried to change these settings inside about:config.

The issue is that settings after I restart my browser return to default.

Below are settings. The first number is Floorp default and the second is from Firefox.

mousewheel.default.delta_multiplier_y : 300 - 100
general.smoothScroll.currentVelocityWeighting : 1 - 0.25
mousewheel.min_line_scroll_amount : 10 - 5

Reproduction Steps

open browser
go to about:config
change values
restart browser
check values

Expected Behavior

changed values should remain changed

Actual Behavior

values revert to default
