Allow Sidebar Websites to Run in Background

Websites in the sidebar are closed when they're not visible. I propose adding functionality that allows sidebar websites to run in the background, so they can perform tasks like fetching updates, notifications, or playing music even when the sidebar is not actively visible. Performance-wise, this would act just like a tabbed out website. All it would need is a button to "Run in Background" or an option in the settings.

Messaging apps, music players, and email clients could all benefit from this, since they need to fetch data or send notifications even when the user is not actively viewing the website.
