Does floorp change the default Firefox scrolling behavior?

I get extremely smooth scrolling in Firefox and janky scrolling in Floorp. I'm curious if Floorp changes some of the setting under the hood that might be affecting this? Thanks!

Yes, Floorp (except the macOS version) has changed its default scrolling settings.
This is because people used to complain about problems with scrolling in Floorp.
