The FOCUS project has used a mixture of Google Sheets and GitHub to track progress of FOCUS releases.

While we now have a centralized spreadsheet that tracks action items here, we wish to enhance the process further.

To that end, we shall explore the possibility of using a more formal project management solution, either via GitHub's new public beta features, or using a dedicated PM platform like Monday.
