USAGE:
retriever [FLAGS] <OUTPUT>
FLAGS:
-c, --new Create new file instead of looking for existing one
-h, --help Prints help information
-p, --print Print retrieved data to stdout
-s, --sample Retrieve 1% of all tweets instead of filtered ones
-V, --version Prints version information
ARGS:
<OUTPUT> Path to output file
