Twitter auto posted, instagram not

everything is working good, Twitter is auto posting, however, Instagram to mastodon not.
I have to run command manually,
MOA_CONFIG=DevelopmentConfig /usr/local/bin/pipenv run python -m moa.worker
when I do, twitter post duplicated, Instagram then posted to mastodon.

what am i missing here.

I think the Instagram API has changed. I'll have to look into it.
