Docs: EVPN docs lack example for Linux VLAN aware bridge configuration

The docs about EVPN currently only show configuration for "Traditional Bridges and Traditional VXLAN Devices", they do not have a section for "VLAN-aware Bridges and Single VXLAN Devices"

This would likely be implemented using commands like bridge link set dev vxlanX vlan_tunnel on and bridge vlan add dev vxlanX vid AAA tunnel_info id BBB

This is not necessarily a call for action for anyone to add this to the docs. It's more of a reminder for myself to eventually take care of this.
