Completing the version change from 2.3 to 2.4 #295

Description

Various files mainly on the configuration & frontend side are not upgraded/changed for 2.4

NOTE: these files does not effect the working or logic in any way and are just conf and frontend files

these files include :
1.master/version
2.master/conf.py
3.master/setup.py
4.UserManual.py
5.Appconfig.py
6.INSTALL
7.README.md

  • eSim version 2.4
  • OS: win 10 & ubantu 24

Working on it : YES!!
