I've added the functionality to
sub_data.pyto take horizontal spatial gradients of scalar variables. I am new to tripyview and using the FESOM unstructured grid so please let me know if changes should be made to the PR.I've tested
tripyview.do_scalar_horizontal_gradient()locally and it seems to work fine.
