The Baseball-Scoreboard software from [F&C software] ("Software") is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of [F&C software]. The Software is licensed, not sold.

SUBJECT TO LICENSE PURCHASE:

Use of the Software is only permitted under the terms and conditions set forth in a valid license for the Software, which must be purchased at https://www.fc-software.it/.

UNAUTHORIZED USAGE:

Except as provided in this Agreement, it is not permitted to use and/or copy the Software for private or commercial purposes without the purchase of a valid license from [F&C software]. Distribution and marketing rights are given only with a special grant, which must be requested by emailing help@fc-software.it

USE FOR TESTING AND DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES:

Use and copy of the Software for evaluation or development purposes is permitted without purchasing a license, provided that such use is limited to testing, evaluating and modifying the Software. Unauthorized usage terms still apply. Modifications must not change or violate the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. [F&C software] retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

[F&C software] shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Software, even if [F&C software] has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

APPLICABLE LAW:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which [F&C software] is located and shall be interpreted in accordance with such laws.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Use of the Software implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

SOGGETTI ALL'ACQUISTO DI UNA LICENZA:

L'utilizzo del Software è consentito solo ai sensi dei termini e delle condizioni stabiliti in una licenza valida per il Software, che deve essere acquistata presso https://www.fc-software.it/.

UTILIZZO NON AUTORIZZATO:

Salvo quanto previsto dal presente accordo, la copia del Software è severamente vietata, e non è consentito l'utilizzo del Software per motivi privati o commerciali senza l'acquisto di una licenza valida fornita da [F&C software]. Diritti di distribuzione e vendita sono concessi solo tramite un permesso speciale, che può essere richiesto contattando via mail help@fc-software.it

UTILIZZO PER SCOPI DI TESTING E SVILUPPO:

È consentito l'utilizzo e la copia del Software per scopi di testing e sviluppo senza acquistare una licenza, a condizione che tale utilizzo sia limitato al solo scopo di testare, valutare e modificare il Software. I termini di utilizzo non autorizzato si applicano anche in questo caso. Sono vietate eventuali modifiche al Software che alterino o violino i termini e le condizioni d'uso di questo accordo.

DIRITTI DI PROPRIETÀ INTELLETTUALE:

Il Software è protetto da copyright e da altre leggi sulla proprietà intellettuale. [F&C software] conserva tutti i diritti, titoli e interessi sul Software, inclusi tutti i diritti di proprietà intellettuale.

LIMITAZIONE DELLA RESPONSABILITÀ:

[F&C software] non sarà responsabile per danni di qualsiasi tipo derivanti dall'utilizzo del Software, anche se [F&C software] è stata informata della possibilità di tali danni.

LEGGE APPLICABILE:

Il presente accordo è regolato dalle leggi dello Stato in cui ha sede [F&C software] e deve essere interpretato in conformità con tali leggi.

ACCETTAZIONE DEI TERMINI:

L'utilizzo del Software implica l'accettazione dei termini e delle condizioni del presente accordo.
