i ask about something related to LTE scanner , I have a research project to develop a measuement box which can be used to scan the three technologies network and return information about the availabel cells ( Cell ID , rx power , frequency , lac , tac , mcc ,mnc ...etc )

i have readt the code and just want your advice to start or stop my project

-Is that applicable to extend your code to get these parameters ?
-Can i do the same for GSM and UMTS also ?
-which SDR dongle you recommend to use?
-which open source Dev Kit you recommend to use and will make my work easier to be done ( Rasberry pi ....etc ).
