Bug: not possible to remove items from the cart

Shopify stores have been facing the bug when it is not possible to remove all the items from the cart since Nov 14, 2023.
According to our research it is somehow related to the Shopify cart token, which is related to cookies. So clearing cookies or open a website in an incognito tab fix the bug.

In order to check that the bug is not related to Liquid Ajax Cart do the following:

1. Find a browser where this bug happens;
2. Install a plane Dawn theme to the store;
3. Click the "Preview" button so that you can see the Dawn theme instead of the live one;
4. Make sure that you see the correct domain name in the browser URL;
5. Try to clear the cart in the Dawn theme;
6. Notice that the issue happens in the Dawn theme as well which doesn't have Liquid Ajax Cart included.

We still don't know how to fix the issue for the customer except clearing cookies.
