How to change the status of development mode?

hello, when i share my app after saved it, here shows that

this feature is not fully supported in development mode...

i has put the project in my portal server(portal/arcgis/apps/), and i did not found somewhere that i can config it. so how to repair it?

you must be running the application from it's source code, if you have make modification to it, you should follow that guide to optimize it https://github.com/Esri/map-series-storytelling-template-js#how-to-build-application-from-the-source-code
