A user wrote:

there is some bad letters in the font need to be fixed. words to look in to:
جميلة
رائعة
فاتنة

look at the words in the Cairo vs the Baloo and you could see the issue

I guess this is an issue with the font supporting Urdu, not Standard Arabic.

Look like more a ta marbutah problem: the ta marbutah is in its isolated form, not final form as it should be.
