The scenario must specify that, when an admin creates a thread (i.e. publishes a question), a visual flag is shown next to the thread that tells that the question was made by an admin user. This can be implemented by showing the flag next to the admin's name, which tells that the user is an admin (which implies that the thread was created by an admin).
