What is the topic of the new content?

Description of the new content

In Science Europe Developing and Aligning Policies on Research Software: Recommendations for RFOs and RPOs, one of the recommendations is to "Provide guidance regarding research software management". I think this would be a good topic to be covered in the RSQKit
