Triggered when the Outfitting.json file has been updated. This event has no variables. To respond to this event in VoiceAttack, create a command entitled ((EDDI outfitting)). For more details on VoiceAttack integration, see https://github.com/EDCD/EDDI/wiki/VoiceAttack-Integration.
