DPxx: Remove unused use_moisture line.

@bogensch @tcclevenger, are there plans to use the use_moisture variable in DPxx? Otherwise, I'd like to remove it. If we want to keep it, we'll need to modify the line once E3SM-Project/E3SM#6594 is merged because MOIST and DRY are replaced with a boolean in Hommexx in that PR.

The computation that used it must have been removed. Even if we wanted to use it later, I see no reason to keep an unused var around in the meantime.
