I'll add that the docs Naser pointed to are still an ongoing work. Some a clearly still missing, but for the pages that seem to have at least a first draft, any feedback on clarity/completeness is very welcome.

I just checked and I can view the above page even if signed out from my atlassian account, so not sure what could be causing Gouri's issue.

E3SM is phasing out documentation on confluence, and transiting to github.io via the link mahf708 posted. Much of the documentation has migrated, but not all of it:

@gourikadam the page you linked is indeed NOT in the "E3SM Documentation" space, so it is indeed private. Is that page linked from the docs that Naser/Mark pointed to?
