Generated weather does not reproduce well weather generator inputs #261

Reproduced p_W_W, p_W_D, and PPT_sd are too small
Reproduced PPT_avg is slightly too large

See figure IntegrationTest-WeatherGenerator_CompareWeather_WGenInputs_DayOfYear.png produced by the weather generator integration tests.

--> Suggested solution: calculate these values as weekly means instead of daily means?
