Will German, Spanish, French, Korean, Potuguese, Russian and Vietnamese voicebanks be added to Synthesizer V Build 200 onwards as translations apply? What about British English and Cantonese Chinese?

Vietnamese translation maintainer here.

It's not possible to scale up language support as such, as adding a singing language to the engine needs WAYY more engagement and is a complete different workload compared to, just translating existing string in a program. You may want to take a look at OpenUtau, where phonemizers for several languages get added and there're only a few got implemented compared to the number of supported language for the UI. It's just way more difficult to support a whole new language in a singing engine.

As for British English, you already had the option to use stressed/relaxed consonant in recent versions, which theoretically is the American/British switch. I don't know Mandarin though, so not sure if such a switch could be applied to Cantonese/mainland conversion.
