Inconsistent state with multiple yellow nodes

This issue stems from the fact that an equation that becomes yellow does not get updated to the correct answer until the user opens it again. The problem is until they open it, the model on screen remains inconsistent.

What happened in lab was the student got two yellows without re-opening either one. She then reopened them both in succession. The first one correct itself, but the second one lost some of its nodes and did not recover.

Need to design a fix for this...

Workaround is to instruct students to always click on nodes as soon as they turn yellow.
