Update configs for PrusaSlicer 2.5.0, and tweak some things.

- Arachne slicing as default
- No thick bridges for PLA and ABS (extra)fine profiles.
  (Not for PETG, bridging is a challenge already with thick bridges.)
- Enable elephant foot compensation everywhere
- Some filament tweaks
