You'll need OpenRCT2 v0.4.5 or later from https://openrct2.org/downloads/releases/latest
Copy the rctrando.js file into the OpenRCT2 plugin folder, which is usually %USERPROFILE%\Documents\OpenRCT2\plugin\

v0.9.2 Changes
- Option to shuffle the research order at the start of the game.
- This also changes what items you already have unlocked.
- The number of items you have unlocked at the start is determined by your difficulty choice.
- Some small tweaks to park flags.
- You can no longer get preferMoreIntenseRides and preferLessIntenseRides at the same time. While this did work, it caused some confusion.
- You can no longer get freeParkEntry and unlockAllPrices at the same time.
