use Help'n Doc (https://www.helpndoc.com) to obtain a PDF, ePub and website
use GitHub Pages () to host the web version
add a link to the user manual web version in the FR/EN docs
add a link to the user manual web version in DelphiBooks-WebSite "site-builder" FR/N docs
