As a System Administrator
I need to be able to update the counter
So that I can reset the counter to start from any value

Details and Assumptions

We will have admin rights
We will have record logs

Acceptance Criteria

Given I have added option to update the counter
When I update the counter 
Then it will start from the updated value

Dev-WS added the enhancement label
