Some alerts not being sent to Telegram?

Running on MacOS -- stand-alone installer using the Scanner.

In the scanner window I see all the notifications, but only some are shown as "Sending notifications for..", and those are the only ones that are seen in Telegram. Is that something that can be fixed?

For example:

The EDEKA alert did not get sent to Telegram. Not sure why....
