We have updated our product versioning.

Could you also please:

Update the labels in the UI? "Sablier Legacy" instead of "Sablier V1", and "Sablier Lockup" instead of "Sablier V2"
Reorder them: Lockup should show up first, before Legacy
Set up redirects from /protocol/sablier-v1 to /protocol/sablier-legacy, and from /protocol/sablier-v2 to /protocol/sablier-lockup?
Merge this PR at the same time with Sablier updates DefiLlama-Adapters#12815 to avoid any downtime?
