Alloying
The Alloyer is a machine from Metallurgy 4: Reforged that allows you to create metal alloys by blending together 2 ingots / dusts from different metals.
This machine can be obtained quite early-on in the game as it only requires Osmium as a milestone metal, while all the others are common metals;
You can see the alloyer machine recipe here below.
The block in the center of the recipe is a Bimetal Structure block: you can create it in a crafting table with a ring-shaped crafting that has 4 tin ingots at the corners and 4 zinc ingots at the cardinal positions to "link" tin ingots together
