Changes look good, a pair of considerations + CL item unchecked.
- The FIXMEs might be more distinguishable if they stand alone as commits, your call.
- Something in the import script indiscriminately tries to run the Terraform import command on a log group that exists (for an old and now non-existent Lambda) but isn't managed by Terraform. Perhaps as intended?
