This PR update the client API to the latest version that ATLAS uses.
This reverts the "deactivating the SSL verification changes" (#3) from a couple of months ago (probably not a good idea anyway?)
Note the new dependency on the
lxmlpython package.This package should probably be included in our stack as externals not to have to go through the pain of updating in the future.
