There doesn't appear to be any activity at 857.66250. You probably need to try one of the other control channels, as that one doesn't appear to be active. It looks like 856.5125 might have an active control channel, but you could just add all 4 of them and let it rotate until it finds the active CC. |

Still nothing. Regardless, there should still be a little static right? I am not hearing anything no matter where I go. |

Help no longer needed, it turns out that it was switching between several control channels and not locking in on the original. Audio problem solved:) |

Hello guys, I just recently bought a RTL SDR BLOG V4. I have downloaded, and installed both the application and the JMBE audio library and verified it is correct due to the author’s videos and several other YouTube videos. Additionally, I have also set up the channel/alias stuff correctly it seems. My biggest problems are not having any audio at all no matter which setting I pick and the speakers work. I also do not get any “event” activity and none of my aliases are recognized. Do I HAVE to have another RTL to scan? This is on a Macbook, and I can get totally fine audio (like radio FM) that is readable on other scanners, I am just using SDRTrunk for mainly P25. I am totally lost and get zero audio or info after setting this all up.
