MEI encoding should do semantic checks:

invalid zone (all zeros: [MEI encoding] - File sometimes contains an all-zero zone that isn't linked to anything in the file #1116, [MEI Encoding] Coordinates of first bounding box sometimes 0,0,0,0 #643, zones not linked with any elements: [MEI encoding] file contains <zone> ghost elements #1117 )
neume without any nc
syllable without any neume
accid and divLine inside empty syllable
invalid linked syllable
invalid oblique
