From commit 4b3ea2f and forward all Updates are automatically done with various internal tools with no manual verification. Please keep that in mind. if there's a valid domain thats wrongfully blocked, expect it to be unblocked shortly if not please create an issue.
That blocklist is designed for ublock origin. you can use it with piHole but compatibility is not guaranteed.
