自从移植了 bison 的绝大部分功能后，项目的文件开始变得臃肿，并且一些旧模块和移植后引入的新模块的文件名在命名上存在一些冲突，比如：旧的utils模块和新的utils文件夹。

为了方便后续维护，将会尽量将旧模块整理成 bison 的风格

目前打算调整以下文件：

utils.utils --> utils.guild 并转移 process_url 至其他模块
records 仅保留消息记录相关函数，其他函数比如 wordcloud 相关转移至其他模块
db --> db_model （重命名成 db_operator）并和 db_config 放入新的 database 文件夹
db_config --> db_operator
minecraft_msg 较臃肿，整理部分函数至其他模块并全部放入新建的 minecraft 文件夹
characters 移入 utils 文件夹
