get ENVS / config file to configure everything

config file path is hardcoded
- I'd put a defualt to $HOME/.config/intertwing, but configurable
do not edit the types struct directly... but rather create a new var here https://github.com/Cloud-PG/interLink/blob/main/cmd/interlink/main.go#L20
