Running /setinfo will show the start time as being 6 hours later than the actual game start time.

For reference, the start time should be in the specified team's timezone. E.g. the Rangers (Central) play against the Rays (Eastern) at 5:50 PM Central, show 5:50 PM, NOT Eastern or UTC.

More difficult than I was expecting, but this is a somewhat low priority.
