Show upcoming batters in inning state changes

I implemented this for my bot with this pull request. Perhaps it can help you out. For each event I check if it's the third out (and not the last out of the game). If that's true, you can get who is next up from the linescore object in the game feed.

Thanks! I'll check it out and see. From what I had to do to get the box score working, the hardest part is seeing who is up next, getting the data for them is the easiest part
