Refactor code around PoC detection -- it changes often and deserves its own function. Deduplicate code around packet logging.
Add a feature allowing a constant adjustment to be applied to the RSSI values of all received packets. Provides a hopefully simple way to fix problems caused by high gain antennas.
Fix bug whereby TX and RX adjustments weren't being effected due to a mismatch in the arguments being passed to the GW2Miner constructor. Add a debug log statement to log the startup argument.
