VSS Extension Profile Documentation

This is related to COVESA/vss-tools#440 and COVESA/vss-tools#436.

Based on the discussions in VSS-project meeting and PRs I come to the conclusion that:

• Interest for creating a machine-interpretable syntax for VSS-profiles and adding support for validating usage of that syntax in VSS-tools is limited. Most seem for now to be happy with a textual definition in a markdown file.
• But interest for creating/contributing profiles is quite high.

Based on this I am thinking if we rather should have the profiles integrated into VSS documentation, i.e. the documentation that gets generated at https://covesa.github.io/vehicle_signal_specification/, and this PR is a suggestion on how that could look like, using a very useful Winnie the Pooh profile as example.
