I think the crow.asc file is missing which is being referred to in the config.py file.
(Line number 8 : LTSpice_asc_filename = '../crow.asc')
Has anyone observed this previously?

If you follow the README, you should not come across such an error. That file is in fact missing, but run_sim.sh overwrites LTSpice_asc_filename by providing -m option when running LTspice-cli/run.py
