Currently the processed records only show CINERGI as the metadata contact (gmd:/MD_Metadata/gmd:contact/gmd:CI_ResponsibleParty; the enhancers/import process should add CINERGI as a NEW metadata contact, but keep any contact information that is there so we have a link back to the originating metadata contact for harvested recrods.
