Describe the bug
Taking into account a server, there's a channel that can be seen only by members with a given role. Oxidized lets mention even users that cannot see that channel, this shouldn't happen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Oxidized channel in UWPC;
  2. Try to mention someone that isn't an Oxidized beta taster

Windows 11 Insider Preview x64
