I propose a timeline or timestamp for the black python devs cohorts. This would allow people who plan on applying in future to be able to plan for it appropriately as well as those currently enrolled in the program. If accepted, the timeline would have to be dynamic to prevent continous updating.

An sample of this from another website would look sth like this:

Okay. Great. Let me first figure out the logic to make it dynamic with some estimate dates.

Once understood I think I will consult either of you for the actual timeline.

However, I am unsure as to where it should be placed. I think in the ./open-source-program.md @kjaymiller ?
