Create a method which can find the proportion of Class I/II R-loops in a given sample by:

  1. Calculating the log ratio of signal from gene bodies and promoter regions = Class I/II ratio
  2. Showing the distribution of this ratio across genes in the S9.6 consensus signal -- highlighting genes with extreme ratios
  3. Showing the pathways that are differentially abundant at either end of the Class I/II ratio distribution in S9.6
  4. Showing (validation) that dRNH cannot find the same results
  5. Showing that you can perform the same analysis within individual DRIP samples
  6. Recalculating the average CI/II ratio across all S9.6 samples and seeing whether it is associated with particular biological conditions
