WeissMod 1.0 - Pay gold to rest in Baldur's Gate 2/EET

Unzip to Baldur's Gate 2/EET directory and run setup-weissmod.exe. This is my first mod. I've tested it thoroughly on my end without problems, but I take no responsibility for borking your Baldur's Gate install.
