[AVM Feedback]: Update avm-res-containerregistry-registry Sub-Module to Support AzureRM 4.x

Description

Currently the Container Registry sub-module is referencing v0.2.0.

This is not the latest version for the terraform-azurerm-avm-res-containerregistry-registry module, and prevents the use of AzureRM v4.x in the root module.

Note

The latest version of the terraform-azurerm-avm-res-containerregistry-registry module (version 0.3.1 as of this post), does include support for AzureRM v4.x

Request

Please update the Container Registry sub-module to the latest, to support the use of AzureRM v4.x.
