Workflow URL is showing -- after deploying from both BICEP and Azure Portal

Hi there,

I have an issue with the Workflow URL after I have deployed a Logic App on a App Service Plan with the SKU WS1.

So after my deployment of Logic Apps I add a workflow. I add a HTTP trigger which I save. After that the Workflow URL is not populated. A restart or refresh is not helping.

I have a setup with Private EndPoints and Private DNS Zones. I checked the setup by enabling public access to my Logic App and start the shell to check if DNS resolving works fine, which it does!

Furthermore I checked the environment variables, these are the one I use:

There is a managed identity present! The configuration looks like this:

Perhaps anybody can help me with the 'why' the Workflow URL is staying empty?
